We only offer our wholesale pricing to legitimate shop owners, you must include your TID number when requesting access to our site.
To request access, click on wholesale login and then click on request access. Fill out the short form and we will email you with your approval and login information.
Minimum Order Policy - All Opening Orders will have a $100.00 minimum and all reorders will have a $75.00 minimum. You must meet the minimum amounts before shipping costs are added. Orders under the required minimum amounts will be charged a 10.00 fee.
All Orders must be in quantities or multiples as stated.
Payment Policy - Current methods of payment are:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery - All wholesale orders will ship approximately 2-6 weeks via Priority Mail or UPS and are paid by the customer. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and destination , shopping cart charges are estimate only. During our busy times, especially during the holidays, please allow some additional time.
Back Orders - All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally we may have to back order an item. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as it is available. If you do not wish to receive your backorders, please contact us to cancel.
Returns - No returns without approval of our office. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment.
Damages - If the product you purchased was damaged during shipping, please keep the original carton and packing for inspection by the appropriate Carrier. You must notify The Cranberry Cupboard via email immediately at cranberycupboard@aol.com within 5 days to report your damages. A store credit will be applied to your account or a replacement will be issued. If not contacted within the allowed time limit there will be no credit issued.
Cancellations-If after you have placed your order and payment has already been processed there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Wholesale Agreement - By submitting your wholesale order, you, the purchaser, automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
